Yes, Solas uses bank-level 256-bit encryption to protect your data. Bank connections use FCA-regulated Open Banking providers — we never see your login credentials. We are fully GDPR compliant.

Can Solas submit my tax return to HMRC?

Yes. Solas submits VAT returns directly to HMRC through the Making Tax Digital API. For income tax, Solas submits quarterly ITSA updates and generates your SA103 form data.

You keep full access to the free plan — your data, bookkeeping, invoicing, quotes, and HMRC submissions all continue to work. You simply lose access to Premium features.
